As we enter the new year, we are excited to share our events calendar for the first quarter of 2025. Our nonprofit is dedicated to fostering a community of well-being that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. We’ve designed a diverse range of workshops, seminars, and group sessions to provide education, support, and tools to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Whether you’re interested in nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, or addiction recovery, our events are here to guide you on your wellness journey.

January 2025

Week 1:

  • Jan 3: New Year Wellness Workshop
    Start the year off right with practical tips and advice for achieving your wellness goals. Learn how to integrate healthy habits into your daily routine and set meaningful intentions for 2025.

  • Jan 6: Nutrition Basics Seminar
    Kick off your healthy eating journey with this foundational seminar on nutrition. Understand the importance of balanced meals and how they can positively impact your overall health.

Week 2:

  • Jan 10: Mindfulness Meditation Session
    Take a pause from the stresses of life and learn how to practice mindfulness meditation. This session will help you connect to the present moment and calm your mind.

  • Jan 13: Healthy Cooking Class
    Learn how to prepare delicious, nutrient-dense meals that nourish your body and soul. Our chefs will guide you through creating easy-to-make, healthy dishes.

Week 3:

  • Jan 17: Stress Management Techniques Workshop
    Discover effective stress management techniques that can help you cope with daily pressures. Learn strategies to reduce anxiety and build resilience.

  • Jan 20: Group Therapy Session
    Join our supportive group therapy session where you can share experiences and gain emotional support from peers who understand what you’re going through.

Week 4:

  • Jan 24: Addiction Recovery Support Group
    This support group offers a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals recovering from addiction. Share your journey and receive encouragement from others.

  • Jan 27: Mental Health Awareness Seminar
    Learn about the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges and how to seek help. This seminar will provide valuable resources for maintaining emotional well-being.


February 2025

Week 1:

  • Feb 3: Heart Health Nutrition Workshop

  • Feb 6: Mindfulness for Beginners

March 2025

Week 1:
